DuaLink Shift FULL
Specially designed for synaptic isolation, growth kinetics monitoring and co-culture up to 2 cell types (glutamatergic & GABAergic neurons…).
Each chips are compartmentalized by microchannels technology.This enebles the creation of axodendritic synapses in the 2nd channel and the monitoring of axonal growth kinetics. Microchhanels technology enables also co-culture of different cell types (NMJ, GABAergic neurons & glutamatergic neurons…).
Up to 16 data points, DuaLink Shift is composed of 2 compartments for independant culture per chips and 1 compartment for synapses isolation and used the µchannels technology of different lenghts to monitor growth kinetics & create synaptic compartment.
