Specially designed for co-culture of 2 different cell types by membrane.
Each chips are compartmentalized by membrane technology.This enables co-culture of different cell types (keratinocytes & endothelial cells, brain organoid & endothelial cells…). Membrane technology enables also vascularisation (vascularized skin…).
Up to 16 data points, Duplex is composed of 2 compartments (1 channel and 1 open well) for independant culture per chips and used the membrane technology to compartmentalize culture and connect channel to open well.
